We are back from Catersource and hard at work, but wanted to take some time to recap our incredible experience from New Orleans! It was a first for me and I definitely had my fair share of beignets, muffuletta, and shrimp and grits.

In addition to taking in all of the culture and cuisine that New Orleans has to offer, we really enjoyed our time at the multi-day conference – it was jam-packed full of education! We especially loved the Keynote speaker, Mitch Joel, who gave a very inspirational speech. We also had a blast listening to Michael Cerbelli’s Hot List – he always has great ideas and an eye for upcoming trends and cool equipment!

We also took some time for the WIPA NOLA launch party – I presented to over 75 people in attendance and we were thrilled to see so much interest! While in New Orleans, I also had lots of fun connecting with the local Tri-Valley peeps that were there – always a good time with them!
