Don’t mind us…we’re just daydreaming of the day when we can create gorgeous weddings again! This was one of our favorites from earlier this year- we had such a blast with this unique drapery design. It added such a statement and went so well with the elegant floral chandelier created by Nicole Ha Designs!

We are obsessing over our new Mid Century Shiplap Wall! It paired so well with our Geometric Chandeliers and Nicole Ha‘s amazing florals at Romance in the Vineyards. We can’t wait to share more photos!

Casa Amore 2017

These vendor showcases are a labor of love, as we started working with our design teams months ago to bring our ideas to life. We were lucky enough to share our spaces with some amazing creative partners, who were all inspiring and such a joy to work with, so be sure to check them out!

We haven’t received any of the professional photos yet, but we wanted to share some of our favorite looks from the evening that we captured ourselves!

We were so excited to unveil our Statue LOVE Letters! Standing 8′ tall, they’re an amazing statement piece and they would be so much fun for photographs. We will be offering these letters in both the dark wood seen here and white! Nicole Ha Design always outdoes herself, and this year was no different! Our 9′ Round Crystal Beaded Chandelier is always stunning, but adding in the 20′ long Crystal Beaded Column, 5 Light Crystal Chandeliers, and greenery on the top takes it over the edge! We wanted to create a twist on our 12’x12′ Beaded Crystal Chandelier, so say hello to our Fabric Chandelier! Adding the GOBO patterns and 25 Light Crystal Chandelier will help create a stunning focal point over your dance floor! This may have been one of the smallest vignettes…but it was certainly one of our favorites! Our Black Velour Drapery and Edison Bulbs add to the autumnal dream Nicole Ha created! We loved getting the opportunity to collaborate with Liz of Enchantment Floral in this whimsical vignette! Our 16 Light Crystal Chandeliers complement the design so well!

Our brand new 12′ Arbor is a really exciting addition to our inventory! It’s totally versatile and can be used in many different ways alongside our other items, like our Edison Bulbs and Geometric Chandeliers, but we especially love the look that Karl of Delford West created with the greenery!

Recap: Ruby Hill Wedding Faire at Casa Real

In May, we were delighted to be a part of the Ruby Hill Wedding Faire & Celebration Under the Stars at Ruby Hill Winery. Today, we’re just as delighted to share the photos from the event with you! Ruby Hill Winery was done up as pretty as can be, with our kudos to Nicole Ha Designs for the gorgeous décor and doing it up big with flowers from The Floral House and linens from Napa Valley Linens!

Casa Amore Recap From Casa Real

We had an absolute blast participating in the Casa Amore event at Casa Real at the Ruby Hill Winery! Each year, Casa Real and Palm Event Center host a showcase for engaged couples where vendors are put into designated teams that design different areas of the property.

casa amore 1

At this year’s event, we teamed up with Napa Valley Linens, Hartmann Studios, and Nicole Ha Designs to transform the Amber Room. Napa Valley Linens provided linens and Hartmann Studios covered the rentals, while Nicole took care of the florals. As for us? The team created four vignettes, all in a rustic chic aesthetic with an industrial twist. We also unveiled some exciting new products and designs, including reclaimed barn wood walls, monogram letters, and more!

Fantasy Sound also provided a 30 Candle iron chandelier and drapery for the Entrance Hall, which was elegantly designed by Karl Eckel of Delford West Flowers.

A big thanks and virtual high-fives to our wonderful team members. We appreciate all those that came out, and hope you will join in on the fun in 2015 at the Palm Event Center! Also, our gratitude goes to Rhee Bevere Photography and Tyler Vu Photography for capturing the special night!

Fantasy Sound Event Services would like to thank Rachel and Shane for allowing us to be a part of their special day. It was our pleasure to provide not only DJ Entertainment but also Event Lighting for their wedding at Casa Real at the Ruby Hill Winery. We would also like to thank the fantastic vendors who also helped to make Rachel and Shane’s dream a reality. Guests were surrounded by vibrant flower arrangements created by Nicole Ha. After a night of dancing the guests were able to recharge on delicious cake prepared by Jen’s Cake. Our thanks also goes out to Jennifer Skog from Jennifer Skog Photography who not only captured these incredible moments but also provided us with these photos.

When we receive thank you notes, like the one below from Rachel and Shane, it makes us feel that all the hard work we put into our event is truly appreciated.

Patricia & Richard’s Wedding at Casa Real

We had the privilege of providing the lighting for Patricia and Richard’s Wedding at the Casa Real at the Ruby Hill Winery. The couple have beautiful photographs that they will be able to treasure for years to come thanks to the amazing photography of Tyler Vu. Photos of Patricia and Richard’s wedding can be seen on Tyler Vu’s Blog. Our lighting highlighted the gorgeous flower arrangements that were by Nicole Ha. The couple and their guests enjoyed delicious deserts prepared by Debbie Caracciolo-Smith from Not Just Cheesecakes. We wish Patricia and Richard the very best in their life together.

Peter and Elaine’s Wedding at Casa Real in Pleasanton, California.

IMG_5146-3IMG_5271

I was the DJ at Peter and Elaine’s wedding on June 28, 2009 at Casa Real in Pleasanton, California. The ceremony took place outside in the courtyard. The temperature was around 108 degrees, but Nicole Ha from Nicole Ha Floral and Event Design still managed to make the ceremony site look amazing. Nicole waited until the last minute to take the flowers outside. She had made an archway out of hydrangeas and, to make sure the flowers looked their best, had her assistant spray the flowers down with water until the start of the ceremony. Peter had asked his long-time friend to be the officiant and his friend did an excellent job. Before the formal dances started, Peter and Elaine presented a slideshow that they had made. I have to say I was very impressed; not only did they have the photos, but the had filmed each member of their bridal party and had them say a couple of words. The newly weds didn’t want to have a traditional first dance, so they mixed it up. I started with “Love Of My Life” by Jim Brickman, then switched it up to the chorus of “Just Dance” by Lady Gaga. When I started it, they looked at each other like they didn’t know what was going on and then they turned to face their guests and did a dance that Peter is known for doing. After the chorus I went back to “Love Of My Life” to finish off their first dance. The photographer was Rebecca Stark. It was my first time working with her and she was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and, when she took the bride and groom away to take photos, made sure that I knew where they were going.  I look forward to working with her again.  I want to wish Peter and Elaine the best of luck with their future together.
