Casa Real Wedding | Tiffany + Jesse

Today, we’re bringing a truly stunning Casa Real wedding with you as we celebrate Tiffany and Jesse’s nuptials! It’s always a pleasure working at Casa Real, especially when we get to work with a couple as fun-loving and open-minded as these two.

Their sweet wedding ceremony brought elegance to the forefront with soft uplighting, gold accents, and beautiful blooms.

And as we move to the reception space, you’ll notice some familiar floral arrangements dressing up the sweetheart table! (Although you may miss it, seeing that our crystal beaded chandelier really stole the show.)

The starburst chandelier really highlighted the dance floor, putting Tiffany and Jesse center-stage for their first dance. And of course, their guests loved breaking it down “under the stars” as the night went on!

A simple, classy crystal chandelier strung above the sweetheart table added an elegant touch to the space, giving them the perfect photo op alongside blush blooms and greenery.

However, it wasn’t all fab design! Tiffany and Jesse’s guests were treated to a fully immersive experience with yard games like Connect 4 and Jenga, as well as a DIY horchata bar (YUM!).

So won’t you join us in celebrating these sweet lovebirds? Cheers to you, Tiffany and Jesse!

More than anything, we’d like to express our gratitude to the wonderful creative partners who made this Casa Real wedding a day to remember!

5 Spring Wedding Trends to Know & Love in 2022

Spring is a time of rebirth, as flowers bloom and nature comes back to life. It’s also one of our favorite seasons because there’s just something so special about a pretty spring wedding! Between colorful themes, beautiful weather, and bountiful florals, it’s truly a season to celebrate.

Thanks to two years of postponed nuptials, we’re expecting more spring weddings than ever this year — and we can’t wait to see what’s in store!

Without further ado, here are five spring wedding trends we’re seeing in 2022!

Soft and airy textures

Crisp mornings and warm afternoons call for delicate fabrics, which makes spring the perfect season for all the chiffon, lace, and gossamer!

Starry nights

As days get longer, many couples opt for an outdoor celebration under the stars. And we don’t mean the ones in the sky — we’re talking about market lights! Pairing functional lighting with a chic aesthetic, they can transform anything from the dance floor to the bar area.

Floral explosions

Can’t get enough of gorgeous blooms? Spring is your season! (Not gonna lie – that’s why we love it, too!) Spring boasts the most in-season flowers throughout the year, so you can take your pick. Peonies, hydrangeas, roses, ranunculus – the possibilities are endless!

Intimate settings

Who said bigger has to be better? We saw intimate weddings become the norm during the peak of COVID, but we’re happy to see them stick around! Many couples realized how special it is to be surrounded by a small selection of their loved ones — and we LOVE the creative ideas that come with smaller celebrations! (Psst, your budget goes much further!)

4 Activities for Your Livermore Wedding Weekend

Preparing for your Livermore wedding weekend? We can’t wait to have you! If you’re heading in from out-of-town, you might be wondering how to fill your itinerary beyond the wedding. We’ve got plenty of suggestions!

Whether you’re looking to spend your Livermore wedding weekend sipping your favorite wine varietals, hiking through nature, or soaking in downtown life, there’s plenty to keep you occupied!

Here are four activities to add to your Livermore wedding weekend itinerary!

Livermore wedding weekend

Schedule a winery tour.

If you only do one thing during your Livermore wedding weekend, let it be wine! Here in the Tri-Valley area, we are blessed with rich and fertile soil. That means our wine is simply unmatched. Whether you prefer white, red, or rose, our local wineries will take care of you!

And don’t worry — there are more than enough vineyards between Livermore and Pleasanton to keep you and your guests busy all weekend long. (And the Livermore Wine Trolley can help you see ’em all!)

A few suggestions: Wente Vineyards, Murietta’s Well, Ruby Hill Winery, Concannon Vineyard

Enjoy the great outdoors.

Livermore is fortunate to have beautiful scenery and agreeable weather, making it a perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts. If a hike is on your itinerary, you’ll definitely want to make a trip to Del Valle Regional Park. Bring a picnic, take one of the many trails, rent a boat, or schedule a lake tour with local experts. There’s so much to do!

A few other spots to become one with nature: Sycamore Grove Park, Brushy Peak Regional Preserve, Los Vaqueros Reservoir

Take in our local Livermore sites.

We might not have the Golden Gate Bridge, but we have plenty of fun and quirky things to see and do in the Livermore area! I mean, have you ever wanted to see the longest burning lightbulb in the world, known to have been on since it was installed in 1901? You’ll have to visit the Centennial Light Bulb at the Fire Station on East Avenue!

Architectural enthusiasts will love visiting our hidden gem of the Shiva-Vishnu Temple, tucked away in the suburbs of Livermore. And there’s always something to do in Downtown Livermore!

A few other suggestions: Ravenswood Historical, Lawrence Livermore National Lab Discovery Center

Plan a day trip to a nearby city.

Just 45 minutes from San Francisco and San Jose, you and your wedding guests can easily get away to soak in the city life.

Livermore’s central location allows you to grab a meal, take in the sights, and explore the nightlife of our neighboring cities, while still getting to bed at a reasonable time (because you’ll need your sleep for the big day!).

Get ready for an unforgettable Livermore wedding weekend!

5 Reasons to Get Married in Livermore

Newly engaged and looking for the perfect wedding destination to say “I do”? Look no further — we humbly invite you to get married in Livermore, California!

Livermore, California wedding

We might be biased (OK, we are!), but we really believe that Livermore is one of the best wedding destinations in the world. Sure, Bali and Iceland might (might!) have us beat, but we’re pretty confident that you’ll fall in love with our special area in a matter of hours.

Why is that, you ask? Great question.

Our weather is fabulous, no matter the season.

Want to host a winter wedding but without the headache of snow-laden contingency plans? No worries. Dreaming of a summer celebration sans 90+ degree heat and fears of sweat marks? Not a problem. Livermore’s temperate climate is consistent year-round, with winter averages hovering around 45-50 degrees and summer temperatures rarely going above the high 80s. And with more sunny days on average than the nation at large, you’ll find beautiful weather to keep guests comfortable no matter your wedding season!

Livermore wedding photos are stunning.

Set in the rolling hills of the Tri-Valley area, Livermore wedding venues are known for incredible views of the mountains in the Diablo Range — which just so happens to make a lovely backdrop for wedding pictures! Thanks to year-round agreeable weather, you can take advantage of the natural beauty without so much as a shiver or sweatdrop.

Wine is kind of our thing.

So we love wine out here — so much so that the southern side of Livermore is wine country! Drive through the area and you’ll see vineyards spanning as far as you can see. It’s not just for show, though. The wine produced by local winemakers, like Wente Vineyards and Ruby Hill Winery, attracts connoisseurs from around the world. There’s a reason we’re the oldest wine country in California. (Take that, Napa-Sonoma!) So you know our wine will make for a great selection at your Livermore wedding!

There’s a lot to do when you get married in Livermore.

With San Francisco and San Jose each under an hour away and Sacramento just 90 minutes up I-5, there is plenty to keep you and your Livermore wedding guests occupied throughout your stay. But once you visit our special city, you’ll recognize it for the hidden gem it is and likely want to stick around! (Trust us, there’s plenty of wine to drink and trails to hike while you’re here!)

Livermore wedding pros are the cream of the crop.

We have the best folks ready to help you plan the wedding of your dreams! Our local industry is a tight-knit community of professionals who love celebrating love. Just take a peek at some of our Creative Partner Spotlights where we shine a light on our Livermore wedding friends, like Hazy Lane Studios, Adam J. Clark Photography, and Beets Hospitality Group.

So have we convinced you to get married in Livermore? We hope you’ll come by and check out our bucolic little valley — you might never want to leave! (And while you’re here, schedule a consultation with us or join us for our next Event Services Showcase on March 10!)

Bria + Ryan’s Pleasanton Wedding Featured on PartySlate

Be still our hearts! We were thrilled to see Bria and Ryan’s gorgeous Casa Real wedding featured on PartySlate in all of its glory.

Now, the photos below are just a glimpse of the reception. But wait until you see the romantic ceremony setup and the stunning outdoor lounge space! The combination of draping, greenery, candlelight, and plush furniture is truly a scene to behold.

Oh, and did we mention the nacho bar decked out with all the fixings? It was the perfect match to Bria and Ryan’s two signature cocktails: negronis and margaritas. If that doesn’t sound like a party to remember, we don’t know what does.

Guests were truly treated to an inviting celebration of the newlyweds, complete with a bottle of red wine to take home!
