On an event day, the rule of thumb is for everyone to work together toward the common goal: keeping the client happy. However, it’s not always as easy as it sounds. Miscommunication can happen to the best of us, but when it comes to events, it’s best avoided from the get-go. In this session, Kevin will address some of the most common challenges that venues and caterers face when working together, as well as his solutions for overcoming them.
