Can we come by and see the photo booth?

Absolutely! Call us at 925-373-1934 to let us know when you'd like to stop by so that we can make sure the photo booth is set up and ready for you to test.  

Does your photo booth shoot video? 

Yes. The video message option is available in our standard package. 

Can I get a copy of all the pictures? 

Of course! We will digitally deliver all of the photos, as well as any video clips, following your wedding. If you are interested in a guestbook for all of your photo booth photos, we encourage you to buy your own. Our technician can help put each photo strip into the photo book as they are printed to create a wedding keepsake for you. 

Can I customize the photo booth? 

Yes! Our standard photo booth comes with 8 backdrop options- black taffeta, champagne taffeta, charcoal taffeta, black and white damask, grey chevron, silver sequin, gold sequin, and rose gold sequin. If you prefer something different don’t hesitate to speak to one of our consultants about your vision and we would be happy to work with you. You are also welcome to provide your own backdrop. 

Do I have to pay extra for props? 

Nope! All of our photo booth rentals come with its own box of props, which includes hats, funky glasses, boas, masks, microphones, signs, and much more! We are always expanding our prop inventory.

Will someone be there to accommodate guests in the booth?

Yes, there will be a Photo Booth technician onsite for the duration of your event to ensure everything is running smoothly with the photo booth. 

How long does it take to set up the photo booth? 

The photo booth takes about 30 minutes to set up. We will have the photo booth at your event an hour before to make sure we have plenty of time to set up and test all of the settings. 

Do you need anything from me on the day of the event? 

All we need is a standard power outlet located near the photo booth, level ground to set up, and a 6’ or 8’ table for props.

As many as you want! Your photo booth package comes with unlimited photos so every goofy grin and precious moment can be captured. 

How do we pay for our wedding?

A non-refundable booking fee of $500.00 is required to hold your wedding date and is due seven days after we send out your contract. The remaining balance is required two weeks prior to your wedding date. Acceptable methods of payment include: personal checks, cash, and all major credit cards. Please note: paying with a credit card will incur a 3% processing fee.

Can we take black and white photos or is it only for color photos?

You can do both! Guests can choose which option they prefer while they are using the Photo Booth. 

How big is your photo booth?

Our photo booth unit measures approximately 1.5’x6’. Generally a 10’x10’ space is more than enough room to accommodate our booth and props table.

Is the booking fee refundable?

Booking fees cannot be refunded, as they are used to hold your wedding date and reserve the Photo Booth for you.

Do you charge to travel? 

We have a flat travel fee of $300 for all Photo Booth events in the San Francisco, Napa Valley, Carmel/Monterey, and Peninsula areas. Please contact us if your event is taking place in Sacramento or the Central Valley for a travel estimate.
