Our Partial Coordination Package is ideal for couples who have done all of their own planning, yet see the value in hiring a professional to orchestrate the events of their wedding on the day of. What to Expect:
Our Full Coordination Package is ideal for couples who desire assistance with design, organization, referral of qualified wedding vendors, planning, resources, and coordination of all special events. Peace of mind comes from knowing that one of the most important days of your life is in capable, caring hands and we will be by your side for the entire process!
What to Expect:
Our job is to ensure that you enjoy your family, friends, and every single minute of your wedding day. You should not have to worry about the timeline or where your photographer is. We make sure everything is where it’s supposed to be so you don’t have to!
We want to know every minor detail of your wedding! We cannot walk into the venue the day of your wedding not knowing what to expect or how to execute the events to your specifications. A day of coordinator typically pertains to your venue manager who will get you through the major events of the day but will leave shortly after and have the banquet staff handle the remainder of the evening. We will be there from start to finish, through every small detail and minor event!
Typically the Catering Manager is there to help you with the details related to the venue and food and beverage service. It is our job to run the rehearsal, oversee your creative partners, and make sure everything is running according to schedule. We will work alongside your Catering Manager to make sure that any changes to the timeline do not affect the food and beverage service.
Absolutely not! This is your wedding, we are just here to help you with the details and guide you through the planning process. We want to bring your dream to life, and we will help as much or as little as you like!

We serve all of the San Francisco Bay Area, and we are always happy to travel!
We do not charge a travel fee for weddings in the Tri-Valley and surrounding areas. However, we do have a flat travel fee of $300.00 for weddings taking place in San Francisco, Napa, Carmel/Monterey, and Peninsula. Please contact us if your event is taking place in Sacramento or the Central Valley for a travel estimate.
We do! All of our meetings are complimentary. We want you to feel confident about the creative partners you are working with, so we are happy to meet with you as many times as necessary!
You don’t need to bring anything! However it is always nice when a client comes in with a vision, whether it’s an inspiration photo or Pinterest board!
We can certainly act as the Master of Ceremonies and will make any announcements throughout your wedding for an additional fee.
We will typically bring two staff members to help with the execution of your wedding.
