Last summer of 2024, it was a picturesque day in August when Ray and Jay exchanged their ‘I do’s’. The Palm Event Center, nestled in the East Bay Area, was the perfect venue to host this romantic affair. Sprinkles of red filled each room, contrasting the green trees and vineyards scattered around the property. You won’t want to miss a single detail! Fall in love with this stunning and timeless wedding below, just as our couple did.
The wedding day began as our guests headed for the ceremony. Upon arrival, they made their way up The Palm Event Center’s leafy palm tree driveway—a grand entrance for an equally grand day.
Nova Jazz Band curated the perfect atmosphere as family and friends anticipated the coming nuptials. Their serenade continued until the doors finally opened to a candlelit wonder.
Crimson rose petals, and warm candlelight lined the aisle as loved ones filtered to their seats. The Palm Event Center’s Estate Room set the scene for a gorgeous vineyard-esque ceremony.
Here they are! Ray and Jay look absolutely incredible as they stroll to the altar hand-in-hand, dressed in matching slate suits and maroon ties. Their faces say it all as they look out to a sea of smiles.
Our couple holds so many emotions as they reach the moment they’ve been waiting for their whole lives. You can feel their love as they look across at their futures.
Before they say yes, Ray and Jay partake in the sand ceremony. This act represents two souls uniting as one, as the two different grains of sand can never be separated again, combining their hopes, dreams, and values.
It’s official! Ray and Jay are now united as husband and husband! With the ceremony complete, the newlyweds head outside to snap a few portraits.
How sweet are these two! Arjay Moreno Photography does a beautiful job of not only capturing their love but also their fun personalities. Ray and Jay take one final pose with their Wedding Coordinator, Virginia, before returning to their reception.
We positively love every single detail of this space! First, Fantasy Sound Event Services creates the most dreamy canopy of white chiffon drapery and candle chandeliers, setting the perfect backdrop for the evening. Flowers Valley Events takes center stage with its lush greenery, adding stunning pops of organic color throughout the ballroom. And let’s not forget Pleasanton Rentals! Their breathtaking tablescapes steal the show with their carefully selected pieces at each place setting.
Our grooms make their way back inside with a grand entrance! DJ Norm of Fantasy Sound Event Services sets the mood as he introduces the couple for the very first time as a married couple.
And of course, Ray and Jay had to take advantage of the gorgeous setting sun and snap a few more moments before the evening crept in.
With the wedding reception in full motion, our couple entered the room, enjoying drinks, laughs, and company, followed by a couple of toasts!
Perhaps the sweetest moment of the evening is when Cake Delight served the most lovely two-tiered confection. Ray and Jay appear in utter bliss as they take a slice.
One final formality before the party kicks into full gear—the first dance. It was a special moment shared between our newlyweds, their family, and friends.
It’s party time! DJ Norm gets right to work as he mixes only the best beats for this wild dance floor!
